    EXAMPLE:
    In a traditional real estate transaction of a real property for $1,000,000 with a commission to the buyer’s agent of 3%, RS&W Realty, Inc. will earn     $30,000. If you allow us to represent you as the buyer, we will rebate $15,000 to you at close of escrow.

HOW WE DO IT
Pre-qualify for a loan to find out how much you can comfortably afford. Locate a property of interest – sites such as realtor.com are very useful. View it on your own time either by contacting the listing agent, visiting the home at an open house or calling us to arrange a showing. When you are ready to make an offer, we will provide you with a comparative marketing analysis using the latest information from the Multiple Listing Service so that you can ascertain the fair market value of the property. We will then prepare and present the offer, negotiate of the terms of sale, make a physical inspection, and oversee the transaction and escrow process. RS&W REALTY, INC. will apply your rebate toward services pertaining to your transaction such as paying for your title fees, escrow fees, loan fees, new carpet allowance, painting, or even cash back!
